dELIVERY & Return Policy of Art & Objects

We recommend that you read all terms related to delivering and returning a product.


In the proceeding sections ‘the customer’ is referred to as ‘you’, ‘Gadé Allure’ is referred to as either ‘us’, ‘we’, or ‘our’, and artwork(s)/product(s) brought are referred to as ‘product’.


dELIVERY

Taking your artwork home is always an exciting part. We care that your artwork arrives at your home safely and as fast as possible.

DELIVERY HIGHLIGHTS

· Free standard delivery in Denmark.
· Standard delivery to DK typically takes 7-14 business days.
· Personal pick-up is possible in Copenhagen.
· Standard delivery to EU typically takes 14-21 business days.
· Double-check your shipping address, as a wrong address is your responsibility.
· If the unexpected event of you receiving a damaged product should occur, contact us immediately.

DELIVERY COSTS

· Delivery to DK
Free standard delivery in Denmark.
(Greenland and Faroe Islands not included)

· Delivery to EU
Delivery to countries in EU will have a standard delivery fee added at checkout. The fee is a flat rate based on our preferred courier average standard rate.

· Outside of EU
If you have residence outside of EU and would like to buy a product, please contact us at hello@gadeallure.com.

· Personal pick-up in Copenhagen
Personal pick-up at Frederiksberg, Copenhagen can be arranged, please contact us.

 

DELIVERY TIME

· Safety first
Safe delivery is our highest priority. We will choose a safe delivery above a fast delivery, but usually, the two are not mutually exclusive.

· DK
Delivery times usually span between 7-10 business days within Denmark.

· EU
Delivery times usually span between 12-17 business days within EU.

· In case of delay
We will keep in close contact with you if the shipment is delayed.

· No deliveries on holidays

 DELIVERY TYPE

· As a default, all deliveries from Gadé Allure are standard deliveries.

· Deliveries can either be standard home delivery or at a standard pick-up point.

· Gadé Allure will assess and decide which standard delivery option is to be used.

Standard home delivery
· The package will be delivered directly to the shipping address specified by you.
· You will be notified before the package arrives at your location.

Standard pick-up point
· Your order will be delivered at a pick-up location close to your chosen shipping address (hence it will not be directly delivered to the chosen delivery address specified by you before confirming your payment).
· You will be notified when the package has arrived at the pick-up location.
· If you do not pick up the package within 10 business days from the arrival notification, the package will return to us. The cost of the return shipment will be forwarded to you.

Other types of delivery
. You are welcome to request another type of delivery.
. This is optional and the cost will be forwarded to you. Once paid, the product will be on its way to you.
. This request must be done before you buy. Please write your request to hello@gadeallure.com.
. Non-standard delivery costs will not be refunded if you return your product.

WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS

· Doublecheck the shipping address
If you notice that your shipping address is wrong after having received the order confirmation, please contact us immediately at hello@gadeallure.com.

· Extra delivery, extra fee
Please notice that you are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, email, and telephone number. If a wrongly submitted shipping address results in an extra delivery, we reserve the right to forward the additional delivery fee to you.

 

RECEIVING a DAMAGED product

· Inspect!
Please inspect the product upon receipt.

· Document it and contact us immediately
If the product in any way has any deficiencies or damages due to handling before your receipt, you must submit documentation (pictures and damage description sent per email) to us immediately, as the legal responsibility shifts to you when you receive the product. Send to: hello@gadeallure.com.

· Full refund on a damaged product
In the event of product deficiencies or damages due to handling before your receipt, we will make a full refund. Please read more about refunding in our Return Policy (ref section: Return Policy, Refund).

RETURN POLICY

Take your time and experience the product at home.

Try out different room locations, lighting options, and levels of hanging, it is factors that do have a significant impact on the interior atmosphere you are creating.

If your newly bought product just isn’t for you, then

· Gadé Allure offers a fourteen (14) day return policy.

· 14 days free for changing your mind
For a successful return and refund of a product, the product must be handed over to a courier within 14 days from the delivery date (the date on which you receive the product).

· The product will have a new home
Products must be returned in perfect condition or else it can be considered a decrease in product value, which can lead to a reduction of the refund.

· Costs
Please notice that all costs related to a product return are covered by you.

· Personal return in Copenhagen
It is possible to personally return the product at Frederiksberg, Copenhagen. This is arranged by appointment, please contact us at hello@gadeallure.com.

· Responsibility
You hold the risk and carry full responsibility for the product during the return process, including the return transportation. Thus, choose your courier wisely (ref section. Return Policy, Return Process).

RETURN PROCESS

Complete the following steps for a successful return process.

  1. Check the date
    Make sure you have not exceeded 14 days from the date of delivery (the date on which you received the product).

  2. Let us know about your decision
    You must in writing announce that you want to make use of the return policy. You can do this by writing an email to: hello@gadeallure.com

  3. Check product condition
    Make sure that the product is exactly as you received it, with the tag and seal still attached (if any).

  4. We love careful packaging
    Place and wrap the product securely in the original packaging/or shipping box. Tape and secure thoroughly. Gadé Allure and the future new owner of the product are counting on your packaging skills.

  5. Help us assist you faster
    Add the commercial invoice with your order number within the package.

  6. Choose a courier
    It is recommended that you select a courier who provides package tracking and will refund you in event of theft or loss during delivery. As a rule of thumb, it is always a good idea to document the condition of the product before handing it over to the courier.

    Forward documentation of the order and payment confirmation of the return transport to us within the 14-day return period at: hello@gadeallure.com

REFUND

· Refund process time
From the day we receive the return courier documentation (order and payment confirmation of the return transportation), it can take up to 14 days before the refund has been issued (ref section: Return Policy, Return Process). Bank holidays and weekends are not included.

From the date of the issued refund until the refund is secured in your bank account it may take up to 5-10 business days due to bank and payment processor administration time.
If you feel uncomfortable during the refund process we are happy to keep an extra close dialogue with you all the way. Please write us at hello@gadeallure.com.

· Product condition
Upon having received your return we inspect the condition of the product (ref section: Return Policy, Returned Product Condition)*.

· Same refund payment type
Your refund will be credited to the same payment type used to make the purchase.

· Refund is not covering non-standard delivery fees
The refund will cover the standard delivery fee (if any) you have had from the delivery from Gadé Allure to you. Non-standard delivery, per your request, will not be refunded.  

 · Refund and return of received damaged product
(ref. section: Delivery, Receiving a damaged product) If you have received a damaged product, you will receive a full refund, and the cost of returning the product is ours. Please contact us immediately to start the return and refund process.

rETURNED PRODUCT CONDITION

· Refund reduction
Using the 14 days return period, the product must be returned in perfect condition. If the returned product is defective, damaged, or carries any signs of the product value have been reduced, we reserve the right to reduce the refund.

· In the event of your refund being issued before we receive the returned product, we reserve the right to subsequently forward a fee for any product value reduction.
