In the proceeding section, ‘the customer’ is referred to as ‘you’ or ‘customer’. ‘Gadé Allure’ is referred to either ‘us’, ‘we’, or ‘our’, and any artwork(s)/product(s) are referred to as ‘product’.
Agreement to terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Gadé Allure. You agree, that these Terms and Conditions become effective from your first use of our website (including mobile website).
You too agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions mentioned in these sections. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions in the proceeding sections please discontinue using the site immediately.
Payment
The following payment types are accepted:
· Visa (credit and debit cards)
· MasterCard (credit and debit cards)
· American Express
Your payment is processed by Stripe. With the highest levels of industry certifications, they ensure that your payment information remains encrypted and safe throughout the payment process at Gadé Allure.
Prices and VAT
· All prices are stated in currency EU.
· There are no additional transaction fees for the use of payment cards.
· All prices are included in the applicable Danish VAT
Indoor display only
All products are only intended for indoor display unless other is explicitly stated on the individual product. Gadé Allure uses outdoor photographs for commercial use only.

buy back
At Gadé Allure we care for the artworks of our collection. If you ever wish to part with your Gadé Allure artwork, we are interested in having a dialogue with you about a potential buy back.
· However, Gadé Allure is not obligated to offer a buy back at any point in time.
· Option for buy back only includes unique artworks (paintings or objects) bought at Gadé Allure.
· Lighting or any other complimentary product to our unique artworks, offered at Gadé Allure is not included in the buy back call for dialogue. This also includes future complimentary products.
TWO-YEAR legal warranty
You have a two (2) year legal warranty on your product.
· If you experience that your product has a fault or deficiency within a two (2) year period from your delivery date, please announce it immediately to us in writing, or at the latest within two (2) months from discovering the fault.
· The fault or deficiency, or the cause of the fault, must have been present when you received the product. The legal warranty does not apply if the fault appeared due to daily usage or non-careful handling.
· The fault or deficiency must be documented with a description and pictures of the fault. Documentation should be sent to Gadé Allure immediately after noticing it.
· Depending on the character of the fault or deficiency you will be offered a reduction of the price, repairment of the product, or purchase cancellation.

We put all our effort into giving you the best shopping experience possible at Gadé Allure, all the way from before you purchase a product till after you have purchased it.

If you are dissatisfied with a decision we have made as part of your purchase, and you have a residence in Denmark, please write an official statement to:

Choice OF LAW AND JURISDICTION
All disputes related to your purchase(s) on gadeallure.com must be settled by Danish law, and with Copenhagen as jurisdiction.
