Artist Lee Reynolds Burr founded Vanguard Studios where he would hire extra artists to assist him in his production of paintings. A ‘common’ practice for well-known artists in the industry such as Jeff Koons and Damien Hirst. As there exists no further documentation it is not possible to say if this artwork was painted by Lee himself neither if it is an original composition (the first and only of its kind).
